I agree about Dale Carnegie's books, valuable despite the dated writing style. I read my anthropology textbook during the week. I don't have time for habitual worry when I'm learning.
Big background worry about our country and world is another story. I find meditation, including walking meditation, more valuable than anything else, and something I can do anywhere, including in a crowd. Meditation is linked to both prayer and physical relaxation/focus for me.
Yes x3 for exercise, calories, and tracking. I'm working during the pandemic. In addition to other things, I slow walk for hours, disinfect public areas due to the virus, and occasionally carry heavy boxes on purpose for upper body strength.

Exercise: yes, 7 mile trail run plus half mile cool down walk
Calories: yes, surprisingly I was not hungry all day
Tracked: yes
Agree on going for a walk, long one even better and meditating during that time. For me after the one hour mark, my mind chatter turns off and stress is forgotten.6 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes two hours of raking leaves and an hour hike
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

I find all of your posts very helpful and hope to stay with this. Sunday was Yes to all three. My daily walk with my husband and then hauling in two loads of firewood to the basement, plus some aerobics later. I am eating an AIP diet because of allergy issues. It makes everything even more complicated, but I really need to track. Thanks!4

Wow 36K! Just WOW!! @corriepelc 🏆3 -
The saying I learned from my dad:
“Don’t worry, because it’ll it does happen, you will have to live through it twice.” This usually gives me perspective.
I am halfway through David Ji’s 40 Days of Transformation class on Insight Timer. Meditating to “I am emotionally free” = “Moksha” has been incredibly helpful to me!
Loved everyone’s posts!

Tracked all
Calories under -170 for first time in a bit- took awhile to whack it backdown from “just” under ie I ate every calorie but one!! 🤣
Exercise: Enjoyable sunset hike 1:48, really revved up on the slope, luckily Hubby suggested we turn back - I had NO idea how far we’d gone!!!!

@clutterqueen , I beg to differ 🙏: I am so thankfull that you posted this 🌻, even if not in perfect form 😉. Sometimes what you dont do just now, you wont have time for or will forget to do later. We can all benefit from it, even if we have to blend out the frames 😃.
Such wonderful people here 💐, so glad I got over my frustration and fear of failure and joined you all again!!! 🙌2 -
I searched on my tablet's connection to my public library's digital collection (both e-book and audio 21-day download options) but they didn't have How to Stop Worrying and Start Living in the collection. I did find The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg. This is very interesting reading.1

@BMcC9 The Power of Habit is an Outstanding read. It's right for you! You are very dedicated and insightful.

Exercise Tracked In MFP (Treadmill Mon-Fri): No treadmill but active
Calories and Water Tracked In MFP: Yes
Within Daily Calorie Range of 1300 to 1450: No - calories were 1,775
Normal breakfast and lunch, but ate out for supper, and just wrote down what I had, not the calories on the post-it note on my desk. Bad move, since I did this Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
