I'm a runner and live in Montana and rely on YouTube videos whenever the roads are snow/ice covered or the weather is just too extreme. There are virtual runs or walks anywhere in the world. Leslies Sansone "walk at home" has some fun/peppy videos and some include resistance. If your gym workouts include weights, search for bodyweight workouts. Also yoga or stretching videos. Also I like to jump rope ... no video needed just music 😊2 -

I’m sorry I’m horrible about posting previous weight m always entering this on my phone and it’s hard to find the last post!!
@travelingalone1 I did the same thing a few months ago! The new digital scale sent me up 8 pounds! It was very discouraging but did explain why the doctor scale was always higher (it wasn’t just my clothing after all!)
But remember it’s only a number... I appreciate more the non scale victories like fitting into the next size down!1 -
Don’t know why I can’t get my ducks in a row and get back on track. I’ve been binging and have gained a lot. Back on track today! Going to stick with it this time.
Will try to be more active on here. Good job to everyone who’s been logging consistently, and to those like me who haven’t, we’re only 1 week in to this challenge so we still have time to turn this month around!4 -

Sorry that I haven't been checking in on a daily basis, the last two weeks have been a little crazy for me. Starting today I'll try my best to check in every day with updates and goals and how I'm doing both good and bad.
I haven't been doing any exercise the last two weeks, but I have been starting to walk and count my steps. Today, I'm going to add some exercise into my daily routine.
My Goals For The Rest Of November:
1) 3,000 steps 6 days a week
2) Exercise 4 to 5 days a week 30 minutes a day.
3) Drink a gallon of water a daily. (128 fl oz)
4) log in my dairy daily. (good & bad days)
Haven't really been doing most of these, but today is a new day. Hopefully, by doing these goals faithfully I'll start seeing an increase in weight-loss.

Slowly trying to change binge habits again after my slip up. Did some nice work outs this week though and hit my step goal everyday which is a small win. I hope to keep the small victories going.0
