Apple Watch Challenge: 6 / 6 workouts of at least 15 minutes. Completed!!!!!
The weather is teasing us with good weather through part of tomorrow.
I'm back watching my food intake after Burger King this AM. On kind of the bright side, I couldn't even make it through the breakfast sandwich. 🤦🏼♀️

November 1: Rest Day!
November 2: 30 minutes outside walk, 30 minutes rebounder
November 3: 45 minutes indoors walking
November 4: 45 minutes indoors/ outside walking
November 5: 2 hours walking portion of grocery shopping
November 6: 45 minutes indoors walking

I've been forgetting to log my walks and hikes.
Today 5.15 mile hike.3 -
Only 4500 steps today but my fit bit says 2 hours fat burn. Might step more before bed but I'm exhausted so I think today might just be a low step day on my record3

Finished raking the last of the leave into a compost pile this morning. Today was lovely weather-wise, in the 70's with a steady breeze. Tomorrow Michigan remembers its November and were back into the 40's.3

I just did a 1/2 mile outside and the temp is only 40. I can not feel my ears and I was wearing earmuffs!2

6000+ steps yesterday with some hours of fat burn. Wiped out from work but going to try to rev up for a walk later today. I'm sooooooooo tired. I need a really good night's sleep this weekend- today and tomorrow are busy. I'm exhausted I think that's taking its toll on my body and my ability to hit my stepping this week.2

Yesterday my body needed a true day off. Today in addition to errands I did a really dedicated fast walk of over 100 minutes! Racked up 15k+ steps today! Feeling slightly better. Need LOTS of good sleep this weekend.3

80 more minutes of exercise including some strength band and stretching, and ultimately hitting over 10k steps while listening to a new audiobook indoors.
Back on lock down here (except for hospital work days) so I see a lot of indoor walking/dancing, books and hallmark movies in the weeks ahead.
We have some family and friends events canceled in the upcoming weeks and a holiday trip to Christmas markets we can't go on (obviously) so I'm doubling down on things that make me happy at home with my husband and pup to fill the emotional void

Very wise, "doubling down on things that make me happy..." It's been a very difficult year with no end in sight. Concentrating on what we CAN do - that's the key to getting through this crazy time. Gonna take a lesson from your positive outlook and do the same!3 -

62 minutes (15 minutes outside with the fam before the FREEZING rain started-- 20% chance-- PSSHT!) and then another 35-40 minutes inside after driving home. I watched the premiere of candyland on food network while I got my step on to hit 8k steps before sitting down to our annual canadian breakfast stout (tasty tasty beer!) and some mac n fakecheese I wont be buying again. HOLIDAY season is in full swing here- finishing books, drinking rich stouts and eating comfort food. Happy Monday everyone.3

I'm in with both of you on these thoughts. Whether we are currently back on lock down again, or possibly in the near future, or our numbers are increasing more, again, depending where we live, we all need to work extra hard to stay positive and to care for each other as well as ourselves. I am so grateful we have these groups with positive MFP friends. Our little walking group has been so supportive over the years... and during 2020. We are blessed indeed 💖🌼 .

No words. My back is aching just thinking about it. Raking leaves is my LEAST favorite activity and always finds a way to work muscles I didn't know I had!1 -
2 hours to hit 15k steps indoors today, some of them pretty darn fast. Thank goodness for a cheesy holiday movie on hallmark about celebrating Christmas on cape cod to keep me engaged.1

Today was just about hitting steps- errands and groceries at 4 shops and a quick 20 minutes walk at home afterward. In making a big Mexican dinner salad hoping to curb off this big Hunger (for sweet salty and fatty food) inside. I got some fresh mint tea for after dinner tonight too. Next month will be a about maintaining my weight- not losing!1
