My friendβs COVID test was negative so Iβm free to leave the house again and Jiu Jitsu is on again tomorrow. Being stuck at home today wasnβt too bad considering the raining and my need to finish sorting things out after my friend moved out. I now have a training room with very thin mats (I will be buying nice thick Jiu Jitsu mats ASAP) so I have no excuse to not get regular yoga or body weight stuff done. And of course fitting in Jiu Jitsu whenever someone is free.
Today I did yoga and then walked around my house Apple rings were all closed (I promised myself that Iβll close them all for a year at least). I ate well because I have no rubbish in the house and couldnβt leave so it was all about quantity. I came in under budget so a successful day.
Advanced warning that I wonβt be logging this weekend. We are going camping and there is no signal so phones will be on airplane mode and used for photos only. There is also no electricity so power bank will have to be enough for the photos! We camp on the river so lots of swimming and hiking etc.12 -

today was a really awesome day. My neighbor's girls left their chalk out on the driveway so I thought I would help them and drew smiley faces in a few other driveways. I am hoping when they eventually notice that it brings a smile to their faces also. (and I am so happy because I FINALLY was able to get one of my employees a promotion and pay raise well deserved for many years!)

I just about did it! Only 100 cal left, after 30 min πΆββοΈ, 20smth min π΄ββοΈ and a phew, tough π₯ HIIT workout w dumbells and stability π.
Yes, I ate a few πΈ today, having to grab the π by the horns and do things under tough time constraints. All well when it ends well πββοΈ.

Zoom workouts are pre-scheduled for the last half of the month (after I've habituated myself to whatever primary weightlifting routine I've committed to) so eating the frog this morning was already arranged.
And while I don't usually count my walking calories, today I was thrifting after work. That meant I was moving a lot of furniture pieces while walking about. Gotta make that sweat count for something...and I got a lovely MCM-ish secretary desk out of the afternoon's ordeal π
It also helps to have those walking calories counted because I have one pass day left (as of yesterday). This feels so omninous lol9 -
