Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? YES | Fartlek Run (30), Isometric Challenge - 3x tabata style (30) TOTAL: 60 min
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? YES | Base + 319
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? YES |

Even though I just polished off the remnants of a bag of chips, there's ample room for the rest of the evening (600+ calories). So even though it's only 6 pm right now, I'm calling it a successful night.

I walked for the majority of my errands (not calculated in calories above). Part of my shopping: two new workout leggings, an ab roller 😵, resistance loops (I already have bands) and some more zhoosh for a vision board.

    ⭐️ EXERCISE: Yes.
    ❌ CALORIES: No.
    ⭐️ TRACK: Yes.

I'm gonna use my first pass day today. I did get 10k steps and did 30 mins on the treadmill, but I forgot to log my gluten free pumpkin bread (snack) so when I went back and added it (tonight) it of course put me over my calorie goal and my carb goal. I was bummed that I forgot to add it earlier in the day -- but it's only 1 day, so I'm not gonna stress over it.

    PASS: 1/3

@Mrs_Hoffer I found the recipe for that bread. It really sounds delicious! (I had put a comment on your home feed, but it is not an efficient communication system :P )

    DATE 11/21
    CALORIES under -199
EXERCISE Yes. Lower back exercises (20min.): pelvic tilt (20); knee to chest (15); hip twist (10); bridge (5) sit-stretch (3). Core stretches.
    TRACK Yes
    PASS 1used/3

    Little achievement
Have been able to resist and limit portion control for about 10 days now. I had bought a jar of Macadamia Chocolate Clusters to add onto a tray of cookies I made for an event. Only sampled the cookies and then they were all out of the house. Whereas the left over Macadamias were still in the house tempting me. I have given myself permission to have "ONE" on the day I am under calories. So far it's working and I haven't raided the jar and am able to limit myself to that ONE.

Yes, yes, and yes. Though my exercise was more limited, it was still a good day.

@RangerRickL and @dewit , it is up to how you want to do it, I wasn't at all active on Thursday so I called it a pass day, but I think if you.wouldn't call it that because you were sick that is perfectly fine too. These are the rules I came up with for myself. Like Thanksgiving, I've decided that as long as I exercise and track and don't go over my calories so much I would gain, I will not call it a pass. Technically I'll be over my calories goal, but I have a different goal for Thanksgiving.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 50 min walk.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.

Looks like I did not log yesterday and it was one good day! Walked, biked and did a little "lazy" workout for glutes, over 1h of exercises.

Had 300 cal left, because I didn't eat until noon.
