25 Nov. Wow - the month is winding down quickly!!! How did that happen. It still feels like March.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes - had an 8 mile run today. Longest in a week or so. Weather was great!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes - I don't seem to have hunger the day of a long run. Just the next day! LOL
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes - prelogging for the win. And my little secret is that I usually leave some cals on the table in case I need a little extra late at night. Enough for a pc of laughing cow is perfect!8 -

Day 25 SummerSkier your awesome doing an 8 mile run, In my day I only managed doing one mile run/jog.🏃♀️

YES: I even stayed under calories, Yippy! Stuffing and gravy made and never took a taste while cooking. But for dinner I calculated 1/4 cup of stuffing. To salty I'll have to fix tomorrow😫. that's what happens when you don't taste your food while cooking LOL7 -

Walked 100 mins on the treadmills working up from 3.0 to 3.5 mph. It rained all day here so I was GRATEFUL for my new treadmill!! Worked off 550 calories! I got 20k steps yesterday and am shooting for roughly the same amount today (sitting at 17k right now).

@snowshoe072 Yes cute doggie pic as your profile. I have also had a weird creepy friend request awhile back. I was talking to the person because they were in our group, but then they started asking more personal questions, not questions about health stuff. I start noticing they were not in our group here anymore and decided to visit their profile page. When I did they had a slew of women on there and NO men at all. I believe they maybe using this as a dating sight? So anyway I stopped answering back and deleted them. A week or so later they changed the profile name and pic, but can clearly see its the same person! Now I have another friend request from another person who has never been in this group! Are you experiencing that? I shaved 14 minutes off the sandbag workout time since Monday's first attempt. Next round is on Friday and I'm aiming for <45 min. Perhaps doing it during my lunch break helped motivate a faster finish.
Zoom workouts have been cancelled the rest of the week because of Americans and their Thanksgiving events. That means tomorrow is now either a rest day or time to catch up on the Isometric Challenge.

I’m good with pre logging but just don’t find time to go back and change it to what really happened on the day. Still aiming to get back on track with that. Exercise was a busy work day including swimming chlorine out to my rock for shock treating the pool. Not as fun as swimming with the seals but for months I couldn’t pull myself up into the rock so every time I get there is still a victory. And of course Jiu Jitsu Coach for kids and attend adult class. We worked on a take down which I am always cautious about and the Wednesday class is mostly white belts so I try and avoid most of them. Worked with the purple belt who was taking class so actually got a really good session in.

It is just the time of year for creepy people to try and friend you. Unless they have common friends or write an intro message I usually do not accept. Esp if it's some young guy. LOL. The best thing to do is just not accept until you take a look at their profile.3
