    @Mrs_Hoffer thanks that’s may cattle dog buddy I felt the need to change it after a odd and creepy friend request. Guess we all need to be careful who we friend, but thanks for the compliment enjoy your Thanksgiving

    @snowshoe072 Yes cute doggie pic as your profile. I have also had a weird creepy friend request awhile back. I was talking to the person because they were in our group, but then they started asking more personal questions, not questions about health stuff. I start noticing they were not in our group here anymore and decided to visit their profile page. When I did they had a slew of women on there and NO men at all. I believe they maybe using this as a dating sight? So anyway I stopped answering back and deleted them. A week or so later they changed the profile name and pic, but can clearly see its the same person! Now I have another friend request from another person who has never been in this group! Are you experiencing that? I was gonna post on here and ask if this happened to anyone else, but I never did, so thanks for sharing that.
    Didn’t want to but did 5.0 miles of spin in 23 minutes seemed like a struggle but got it done think I will pass on dinner to late so that puts me below my daily count

    I shaved 14 minutes off the sandbag workout time since Monday's first attempt. Next round is on Friday and I'm aiming for <45 min. Perhaps doing it during my lunch break helped motivate a faster finish.

    Zoom workouts have been cancelled the rest of the week because of Americans and their Thanksgiving events. That means tomorrow is now either a rest day or time to catch up on the Isometric Challenge.

    Yesterday... Exercise: 1.5 hours of walking and horse related activity. Calories: well under limit; Tracking: good
    Today...Exercise: 15 minutes active stretching, 35 minutes hike; 40 minutes horse related activity.
    Calories: under by enough, but not much
    Tracking: okay

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, working during the pandemic, disinfecting public areas, walking, and occasionally carrying heavy things for upper body strength (the last not required) -- over 8 hours. Also worked on walking meditations.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes

    Over 200 calories left, 30 min 🚴‍♀️, a little bit of🚶‍♀️and got my workout 💃&🏋️‍♀️ in on time (thanks to the kids, though only 1 did it with me this time 🤷‍♀️). I think the scale will finally start to move its needle in the right direction 🤭.

    It is just the time of year for creepy people to try and friend you. Unless they have common friends or write an intro message I usually do not accept. Esp if it's some young guy. LOL. The best thing to do is just not accept until you take a look at their profile. ;)
