Favorite summer activity is likely why I am here - probably "eating". I am not a summer person. Fall is my favorite. I am not a bright sun, heat, humidity, or water person. So of course it made a lot of sense that hubby and I bought a place in the Florida Keys last year. I think I'm going to need to find a better favorite summer "activity". :P

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? YES |

I took this as an (in)active rest day.

Update: tacking on another 7,000 steps and 150ish exercise calories (which includes a literal sprint out the door in order to get to the store before it closed at 9 pm.

Why? An item I bought last week was on sale as a doorcrasher and I only noticed while casually scrolling through my phone after dinner.

There was no way I wasn't going to get either the difference in price back as a refund ($30+) or a second box.

I opted for a 2nd box, STILL got some money back and even had time to pick up stocking stuffers on my list...all before 9

Boom! The exercise over the past two months - especially those random Fartleks - really benefitted me today.

Saving money is my motivation 🤣

Happy Thanksgiving to al those celebrating today!

Although I did run a virtual Turkey Trot 10K this morning, I indulged in homemade cinnamon rolls and deep dish pizza, so I am taking Pass Day #2 for the month. :) Back at it tomorrow!

Date: 11/26 Late post, done on day after Thanksgiving( to busy yesterday )
Exercise: No, I did have all day of activity getting house cleaned and ready for holiday and yes that counts, but not the way I usually count my exercise, so a no for me.
Calories: No, I was over by about 700 calories. I did my best to log everything I ate and tried my best to calculate some items on MFP, but not sure how accurate either, but I tried.
    Tracked: Yes
Pass Days: 2 left because I am using Thanksgiving as my 1st pass day. I had this figured as a pass day already and probably wouldn't have had to use it if I exercised like I normally do, but just way to busy yesterday, but its ok. It is my 1st day in 60 days I didn't workout, so I am proud of that!

Oh and forgot to mention that hope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving that celebrated this holiday. After reading all the posts today it sounds like everyone in here did really well on managing the day. Goes to show you how well the UAC is working for all of us. Way to go everyone!
