    @sandee_shore - is there anyway you might come to my house for a few days? There are so many projects to be done and you seem to have unlimited motivation!

    The calorie budget includes 1/2 of my Zoom workout and 2/3 of my walking calories. I will never believe that cellphones track calories for movement correctly.

    There's another Zoom workout tomorrow morning so if I can finally remember to wear my smartwatch I'll get a better sense of calories...maybe?! 🤷🏾‍♀️

    Yes, yes and yes. But just barely, my calories were a little higher than I would have liked (although still under goal) and exercise more limited. But I made it.

    Pass day #far too many for me. Not planning very well currently which means I’m not eating properly so I am down in energy and then I don’t put effort in to cook something decent. It’s a vicious cycle.
    No specific exercise but I worked with only my friend and her boyfriend to assist me. None of the other staff and volunteers were available. My friends are enthusiastic and helpful but there is only so much they can do on their first day. There are a couple of things that I need help with (station a couple of the seals at the bridge while I finish feeding another one, etc) so I’m grateful for their assistance. Boyfriend is super scared of reptiles and spiders so showing him around was very entertaining, especially when you take into account that in his younger days he was a professional cage fighter and currently helps coach our cage fighters.

    Didn’t log but didn’t make terrible food decisions as I don’t have rubbish in the house.

    Your posts are ALWAYS so interesting to read! What a life you lead my dear, just so interesting and all the work with animals and your workouts, adventure trips, helping friends, etc..just very enjoyable to read your posts! You sound like an amazing friend to have!

    Date: 11/28 My daughter's baby shower today, so a pre-planned pass day for me, but tried as best as I could to count calories consummed although I may be higher or lower than I think, but I always try and guess higher than MFP shows for items in database if I don't know calorie count!
    Exercise: Not today because to busy with shower at my house
    Calories: Yes, but WAY OVER my 1200 allowed for day and no exercise didn't help that situation! I am guessing about 1,346 calories over..Yikes!

    Pass Days: 1 left now ( used 1 today, 1 on Thanksgiving) all pre-planned though at start of the month!

    Loved reading everyones posts today! The baby shower which was a small gathering at our home and done virtually with everyone else was a HUGE success and my daughter was so happy and her new Mom mini-van she just bought and was packed to the top full of presents when she left my house. Now we just wait...due date is January 7th and we will be grandparents for the first time! So excited and can't wait to meet our new Granddaughter!

    Nice airplane pic! Way to go on still getting in some exercise on your bike before heading on your flight, not to mention the walking you still did at the airport! Very inspiring and congrats!
