Up in the "Announcements" part of this group there is a "December Goals" thread, consider writing something there too. Have a good week everyone.

    Y1 SW 194 lbs 2/12/17
    Y2 SW 179 lbs 1/4/18
    Y3 SW 150 lbs 1/1/19
    Y4 SW 156.8lbs 1/1/2020
    GW 125 lbs
    LW 148.4 lbs 11/27/20
    CW 147.8 lbs 12/4/20 (-0.6 lbs)

    Total weight loss: -46.2 lbs!

    Since 1/1/2020:
My highest recorded weight was: 164.4lbs
My lowest recorded weight was: 147.4 lbs (new!)
My goal weight for 1/1/2021 is 145lbs (also a healthy BMI for me).

I am only 2.8lbs away from my end of year goal!!! I was 0.4lbs lighter, earlier this week, but that's how it goes sometimes. I feel like this goal is in reach! No more putting it off, I'm not going to sabotage myself this week/month. When I get to this goal, I'm going to reward myself with new shoes!

If I may speak for all of us in this group, this is fantastic. Your efforts are paying off, when your efforts pay off it helps all of us stick with our efforts.

How about this, when you reach your healthy BMI by meeting your end of the year goal, and your reward yourself with new shoes....when that happens I will allow myself to get a new pair for running shoes too.
