Happy Friday!
Let's keep chipping away at the extra weight! We're going to feel amazing in May!
Today:
Run 1 mile to continue my streak of running every day.
Swim 30 minutes.
Ride! I have to start making riding a priority. I love it so much, but it's been hard to figure out where to put it into my schedule.
Re-evaluate my schedule

@3greyhorses - Really like your quote. Hope you find some time to go riding today.
I only met two of my goals yesterday. I did not take the time to sew. The weight I gained from Thanksgiving is coming back off though.
Goals for today: a) log all food and stay under calories b) ride 7 miles on my bike c) continue to sew d) read

Good morning!
Struggled with getting all my water in yesterday, but I'm not going to stress about it.
I have a Garmin watch and I joined a step challenge Garmin has for the month of December. The challenge is to get 300K steps in, which is a lot of steps for me considering I don't move around that much when I work from home. However, I decided joining the challenge would give me a goal to work towards. Even though there are 31 days in December, I am aiming for 10,000 steps per day, that way I still have an extra day in case I need the extra day for catch up. Yesterday, I didn't reach 10,000 steps, so I am now 3,000 steps behind my goal.
Goals for today:
13,000 steps
Water
Weight training6 -
Good morning and happy Friday!! Little late checking in but I took the day off and was able to sleep in. First thing I did though was go to the gym. Knocked out my daily challenge for December, 1/2 mile timed run and 1 minute plank then I did week2/day2 on my C25k app. Felt really good to get that part out of the way.
Rest of the day:
2 walks with fur babies
Stay at or under calorie budget
Drink all my water
Last goal yesterday was to say something positive to myself before I went to bed. I remembered this about 12:30 this morning on trip to bathroom. 🙄 I did it though so I’m counting it as completing all my goals yesterday. @3greyhorses your quote is spot on for me. I have to continue to remind myself of the little things I’m doing that will make the biggest difference.

Today was another busy day in the office, and I didn’t let it get to me like yesterday did.
l snacked on apples when I felt getting cranky. Then other things happened and I went over calories, which is fine.
I’ll go for a nice walk to the library, tomorrow and pick something good to read.

Today was a good day. Got alot of walking in, had a great nights rest, hit my water goal. Glad to know everyone is doing well. Hope everyone has an amazing weekend!4
