Happy Friday!

Let's keep chipping away at the extra weight! We're going to feel amazing in May!

Today:
Run 1 mile to continue my streak of running every day.
Swim 30 minutes.
Ride! I have to start making riding a priority. I love it so much, but it's been hard to figure out where to put it into my schedule.
Re-evaluate my schedule :wink:

    Today was another busy day in the office, and I didn’t let it get to me like yesterday did.
    l snacked on apples when I felt getting cranky. Then other things happened and I went over calories, which is fine.
    I’ll go for a nice walk to the library, tomorrow and pick something good to read.
    There, circle closed.

    Today was a good day. Got alot of walking in, had a great nights rest, hit my water goal. Glad to know everyone is doing well. Hope everyone has an amazing weekend!
