    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes; the wife and I walked about 9km yesterday between a morning and afternoon walk. Also did day 9 of my FB Bodyweight 4 week schedule for about 50mins which was brutal.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, just made it within my allotted calories excluding any i got from working out.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep sure did

    It is that time of year when the pecans are droping along with the leaves. Raking leaves and picking up pecans makes a pretty good workout.
