Not expecting great things tomorrow at weigh in. This week has been such a whirlwind. One of my friends tested positive for COVID and she has high blood pressure AND high cholesterol. I focused very little on myself and what I was eating this week. I still did my meal prep but there were still a lot of BLTs (bites, licks and tastes) while I was prepping and cooking.
I'll be happy if I just stay the same.1 -

I made some bad food choices early this week and was doing weight workouts on those days and may have overreacted a bit (see my group post earlier this week lol). I'm certainly my harshest critic especially during times of stress. Thank you team for being supportive and bearing with me as I calm my damn self down lol1 -
