    Good progress this week too, I think that part of it can be attributed to some dehydration though. Not that I am complaining.
    If this keeps up, I might be able to attain my goal of losing 50kg overall by New Years. Excited about that. Also, this is the first time that I need less that 100 pounds to lose so as to become overweight. Ok, reading this again...this sounds pretty depressing without context. But as in all things in life, context is important!!

    So..

    SW: 177.8 kg - 392 lb (May 2020)
    GW: 69 kg - 153 lb

    LW: 130.0 kg - 286.6 lb
    CW: 128.5 kg - 283.3 lb
    Variance: -1.5 kg / -3.3 lb / -1.15% TBW

    OL: 49.3 kg - 108.7 lb

    Obese class I: 31.2 kg - 68.7 lb

    Total weight loss: -45.2 lbs!

    Since 1/1/2020:
    My highest recorded weight was: 164.4lbs
    My lowest recorded weight was: 147.4 lbs (new!)
    My goal weight for 1/1/2021 is 145lbs (also a healthy BMI for me).

    After some stressful weeks of appointments, I'm seeing the lack of self care on the scale. Time to refocus on myself and get this reined in before the end of the year. Still keeping my goal 145 by 1/1/21! I CAN do this!

    Short Term Goal: < 183 (my 1990 Marriage weight) Target: December 30, 2020
    End Goal: 175 lbs. BMI 25 : April 1, 2021??
