lcfa5317 weighed in late again this week. Her mom has covid and she’s pretty stressed. This is the third time in 5 weeks she has had a NWI or LWI. I think the other times she posted her weight on Sunday and I caught it before you do the tallying for the week. Should I suggest a different day to weigh in?
lelbarou would like to change her weigh day to Monday.
Thanks for all you do!
I think it would be wonderful for Icfa to have an earlier weigh-in day. I always check on Sunday mornings, but if she can move her intentions to Sunday or Monday that might make it easier for both of us. And her! I hope her mom feels better soon. If she needs to take some time off in support team that is an option too, of course, but often it is important to hang on to the personal goals and discipline through difficult times. Let me know.
lelbarou is changed to Mondays.

Last week we had a large number of NWIs - not on all teams, but quite a few overall.
If you had NWIs in your team, or have any new ones this week, please take the few minutes to contact them by message (on MFP) to remind them to come back, post their weigh-ins, and generally encourage them to participate more. I know that some people are having difficulties getting into the community threads sometimes, or they just get tangled in the navigation, and a message from a team captain makes a huge difference. You need to do a friend request first in order for your message to go through - but the reminder can be included in the friend request (optional message) to avoid having to do 2 different ones.
Thanks!
SammyDee2015 on Slims was having some connectivity issues that have since been resolved. Can they be moved back to active?
absolutely. done.0 -
@Beka3695
spyro88 has hit onederland! She had a big whoosh this week, though, so we'll see if it lasts!
She had drifted away from the team, but a "we miss you" message brought her back, and she is doing great. Be sure to take the time to send those messages, captains, even though it is a bit of a pain in the backside. Sometimes people get embarrassed to post when they are not doing so well, and it only takes a nudge to get them to see that those moments are when they need the team the most.1 -
For the accomplishments list:
Izzyred9400 / Trimstones hit her goal today.

Great! If she wants to move into the Goal Zone to get working on maintenance, that would be wonderful. She would define a goal range (usually around 5 pounds from lowest to highest). Then continue to weigh in every week. If she goes above her range for 2 weeks, she goes back to regular team. If she goes below she gets grief and worry from her teammates and maybe needs to revise her range! let me know.0 -

I had to move Icfa to the drop list today, but if you hear from her and she just needs some time on the cheer squad or wants to change her weigh day and come back, it is no problem!0 -

I just heard from lcfa and she is going move her weigh day to Monday.
Wonderful - I'll put her back in and you can update her weights.0 -
Just an FYI - Quite a few Google services are down this morning (at least on my end), so there will be no updating the weigh-ins until that's fixed.
EDIT: Nevermind, looks like Google is back up and running. All good!0 -
@jugar
draby2011 weighed in late so can you change her to an LWI. I updated her weight.
beautyofdreams is going to take a break from the group for now. Unfortunately, she lost her boyfriend to covid last week.0 -
absolutely! I'll put them back in the team, you can fill out the weights however you want.lindamtuck2018 wrote: »@jugar

Oh dear. I will make those changes.1 -
I posted a summary of our survey results in all the team threads. Please do not hesitate to post any comments your teams make HERE so we can all see them. Thanks! If you want to see the full results, go to

@jugar
I don’t know if it is because I use my iPad or phone to access the group but I can’t see things like the recipes or fitness watch announcements. Is there any way to remove some of the old challenges, closed registrations and waiting list?0 -
@jugar -
Let's move podperson1 to the support team for the rest of December. She wants to take it easy on herself for the rest of the year.1 -

They are closed. I think you can go to the little gear thingy and choose "Dismiss". Then they will disappear when you refresh the screen. It does get crowded in there if you don't do that!0 -
@jugar
Thanks that made a big difference! I wonder if I am the only person who didn’t know that. 🤷♀️
Also beautyofdreams posted in the group with her weight so I quess she is staying. I am so glad she did. I will update her weight when you move her back.
I noticed dabblers18 is on team support. Did I miss a message from her?1 -

Hey @jugar She wants to stay in the group and has set a new lower goal...I'll let you know when she wants to switch. I did speak with her about it.

@jugar Could you please move Freeglerock to the cheer squad until January. Thanks!0

@jugar I have a late weigh-in for Ella Hope002 today. Should I enter it in? It's 181.6.0

will do! and I'll enter hope002 as a LWI. Thanks!0 -
Hi @lindamtuck2018 - I moved piquaboo to Friday weigh-ins as she asked - I just happened to be in your chat thread to post this week's challenge and saw that. So she should re-do her weigh-in on Friday. Tally ho!0

@jugar May I please be excused this week. I'm heading to my son's house in Uxbridge. Since I live alone, I'm allowed to associate with one other household. That is unless they change the rules today when the premiere speaks.0

No problem!! I'll check up on your team for weigh-ins and such as well - take it easy, enjoy your son. Uxbridge is awesome - my percussionist and one of my fave composers (they are a couple) live there, and I have spent many fantastic rehearsal sessions with them. It is my #1 place to go in Ontario!0 -
Hi @jugar -
@ kiane50 is going to be dropping out of the group for now. Life has done that thing again where it gets in the way of things.1 -
@jugar I'm going to step away from the weekly weigh-ins for a bit. I'm dealing with a sore knee and some swelling issues. I'll still be doing all my Captain's duties...just not answering to the scale until things improve...please move me down to the cheer section or mark me as excused for a bit...whichever you prefer.
Thanks,
Jessica2
