    Yesterday I had freezing rain and slickery trails, today was warmer, so I had slushy/standing water trails. No complaints though, my happy place is out running the trails!

    Based on today's logging, I've decided to aim for at least 30% protein even when I fail to get to 40%. Alas, today both brown Rice Krispy snacks and a portion of a stewed chicken roti were calling my name so...🤷🏾‍♀️
