Thanks for all the love about my dog. Vet is happy with the latest update and gave me advice on what I need to watch for. I’m usually the logical one when it comes to making decisions like this at work, but we do that as a team and as much as I love those animals, I’m more emotional about my boy.
The day didn’t go as planned but turned out well in the end. Did a morning session of yoga, abs and arms because I was due for blood donation however my iron level is slightly too low so they deferred me for 3 months. So I did an hour of Jiu Jitsu in the evening! Getting in a Jiu Jitsu session is a guaranteed good day!
Food was good, healthy choices all logged and in budget. (Technically I’m still eating dinner but I’ve logged it all and dessert so I know I’ll be fine. )9 -

Question: What is the difference between a UAC winner vs. champion?
UAC Winners are those that use no more than their 3 passes for the month. @RangerRickL also recognizes those that consistency show up for the month, even if they use more than their three passes and cannot be in the Winners Circle. Both categories recognize the positive behaviors. Hope that helps, and hope I explained it well.8 -

@Dory_42 Winners successfully accomplish the 3 or less pass days and champions go over on pass days but they don’t give up, they keep checking in.
Yesterday was pass #1. I was a bit of a slug and embraced some binge tv. No exercise but good on calories.
Today is 3x’s yes. Lol I did body weight moves alternating with cardio at work while shelving books. The library is outside pick up only and I was working alone. Too much fun!

Yesterday I had freezing rain and slickery trails, today was warmer, so I had slushy/standing water trails. No complaints though, my happy place is out running the trails!
