SW: 267.8lbs as at 20th October 2020 (highest weight)
    GW: 200lbs
    LW: 263.6lbs
    CW: 265.2lbs
    +1.6lbs

Not a bad post Christmas gain, also not too accurate of a trendweight as no access to scales for 4 days. Expect a bit more of a drop next week.

Hope you all had a pleasant holiday period and I wish you all the best of luck (although I know you don't need it) with your goals in 2021.

    SW 174.0lbs as at 19 Aug 2020
    GW 126.0lbs

    LW 151.6lbs on 16 Dec
    CW 154.0lbs on 30 Dec

As promised, back after a week off.

During my time off I've had a birthday, plus of course a Christmas dinner.

I also tripped over and have a badly bruised leg. Also, after a plumbing repair (which I'd finally had done after putting it off for ages, and costing a fortune) I had a frantic knock on the door. Water was going into the flat below me. The plumber had not connected the pipe back correctly and I had to get an emergency plumber out to deal with this new problem.

I'm not taking time off again!

I usually do this on Fridays...but I have a sneaking suspicion that the scale is not going to be kind tomorrow with what I have planned.

So, the early bird catches the worm! :p

    Age: 40
    Height: 167cm - 5'6''
    SW: 177.8 kg - 392 lb (May 2020)
    GW: 69 kg - 153 lb

    LW: 127.4 kg - 280.9 lb
    CW: 127.0 kg - 280.0 lb
    Variance: -0.4 kg / -0.9 lb / -0.31% TBW

    OL: 50.8 kg - 112.0 lb

    Weight remaining for:
Obese class II: 15.7 kg - 34.7 lb
    Obese class I: 29.7 kg - 65.4 lb
    Overweight: 43.6 kg - 96.1 lb
    Normal: 57.6 kg - 126.9 lb

Not much progress this week, but in the context of having two days off (25+26) and weighing on 6 rather than 7 days before the last time, I'm neither surprised nor disheartened. Next week is going to be the same methinks. And then, full steam ahead for 2021! Let's do this!

Be wary of cutting dietary fat too low, you need it for vitamin absorption

    Y2 SW 179 lbs 1/4/18
    Y3 SW 150 lbs 1/1/19
    Y4 SW 156.8lbs 1/1/20
    Y5 SW 146.4lbs 1/1/21
    GW 125 lbs
    LW 146.2 lbs 12/24/20
    CW 146.4 lbs 1/1/21 (+0.2 lbs)

    Total weight loss: -47.6 lbs!

    Since 1/1/2020:
My highest recorded weight was: 164.4lbs
My lowest recorded weight was: 146.2 lbs (new!)
My goal weight for 1/1/2021 is 145lbs (also a healthy BMI for me).

Happy new year everyone! I'm grateful for the progress I've made this year, even though I didn't quite make my goal of 145. Although, I have ended the year with some good habits. I'm hoping next week will show the 145 on the scale!

My new years resolution is to not have desserts until I've reached my goal weight. I'm allowed to eat more food, but no more desserts (they have become a daily habit that I need to stop). I am also telling myself "I'm a healthy person" to keep my mind focused on healthy habits. I hope everyone has a great 2021!

    SW: 209.2
    GW: 160ish
    Last week: 195.5 bs
    Today: 193.5 lbs

That starting weight was from December 2017 - I did pretty well for a while, got to a "lowest weight since before kids" spot of 172 by early summer 2018 and bounced around between there are 178 for a while, but the combination of a job change that drastically lowered my activity level during working hours and then covid changing life a few months later killed my motivation to the point that much of that loss crept back. My "new" SW as of 12/17/20 is 197.9, but I couldn't decide which one to use here!
    Anyway,-2 this week...I'll take it!
