Hi Everyone! New to the group! My fitness journey started back in 2019 at my highest weight ever, 291. Ended up with having baby #3 that year and just now getting back into the groove of things.
SW - 285.2 on 1-4-21
CW - 281 on 1-8-213 -
SW: 267.8lbs as at 20th October 2020 (highest weight)
GW: 200lbs
LW: 265.2lbs
CW: 266.0lbs
+0.8lbs
Definitely not having the New Year resolution start that most people are having, started the year with a cold, so just been focusing on logging accurately and eating more fruit and veggies really.

Well, it's official, I have a HEALTHY BMI! I have been working and working at this and I finally hit it on the nose! I'm feeling really empowered and I can finally get new shoes! Woop woop - insert happy dance.
Now onward to 125. I'm going to break down my goals into 5lb increments. Keep going everyone! You'll be there yet!3 -
