Not gonna lie, I've been celebrating reaching my goal of 145 all week long with brownies and banana bread, and this gain is proof. These are not typical foods in my house, so now that they're gone, I can focus better on my goal. My goal is to not have desserts until I've reached my ultimate goal of 125. The better I stay focused, the faster I'll be able to indulge again, a little, not crazy this time lol. I'm allowing ONE DAY celebrations (not week long) for each mini goal of 5lbs lost, starting at 145. I AM ready to do this!3 -

Hahahaha, meant to post on Friday since that has become my weigh in day. While it wasn't much of a loss, some of my clothes feel looser and I don't feel as tired as I did 2 weeks ago.
