    Hello! Brand new to this board, although it's definitely not my first time tracking...

    SW: 401 lbs - 1/1/21
    This year's Goal: 350 lbs
    Final Goal: 190 lbs

    LW: 401 lbs 1/4/21
    TW: 392.2 lbs 1/11/21
    OL: 7.81 lbs

    Probably 6 pounds of that huge loss was water. But I'll take it. :smile:

    Start: 232 lbs (Sept 11, 2012) (just passed 3,000 days of consecutive logging on this journey....
    Short Term Goal: < 183 (my 1990 Marriage weight) Target: December 30, 2020
    End Goal: 175 lbs. BMI 25 : April 1, 2021.

    Huge drop in actual scale weight (2lbs) this morning and (0.5lbs)yesterday, not yet reflected in trendweight, imagine that will catch up. Festive water weight coming back off.

    Almost a pound gained this week! It's been quite some time till I last saw the scale going upwards, this is somewhat disappointing.

    So..let's focus some more on this coming week!

    Not gonna lie, I've been celebrating reaching my goal of 145 all week long with brownies and banana bread, and this gain is proof. These are not typical foods in my house, so now that they're gone, I can focus better on my goal. My goal is to not have desserts until I've reached my ultimate goal of 125. The better I stay focused, the faster I'll be able to indulge again, a little, not crazy this time lol. I'm allowing ONE DAY celebrations (not week long) for each mini goal of 5lbs lost, starting at 145. I AM ready to do this!

    21 in 21. Lose twenty-one pounds in the 2021...sounds great.

    Hahahaha, meant to post on Friday since that has become my weigh in day. While it wasn't much of a loss, some of my clothes feel looser and I don't feel as tired as I did 2 weeks ago.
