Happy hump day everyone.. my focus this week will be to stick with dry January and keep logging all my food and exercise. So far so good for this month.

This isn't my best week. Tomorrow is weigh-in day and I've only lost 0.6 pounds (~0.2%).
I've pulled another back muscle, so I'll have to rely mostly on diet alone to lose weight this next week.
I'm disappointed, but not discouraged. I'm still "in it to win it", "it" being my personal 100 pound weight loss challenge. The Biggest Loser challenge is inspiring, but let's face it, I have as much a chance of winning it as I would have winning at the Olympics!1 -

Finally my fasting blood glucose is coming down. I lowered my carb intake to 45g net carbs and that did the trick. I guess... Who knows really!?:)3 -
