Happy Saturday!

I'm still struggling to get back on track. I am not giving up though B)

Today: There's snow on the ground and it will snow more later. Perfect for nice relaxing rides on my horses <3 I've been eating a lot of dry foods lately...not fresh, juicy fruits or water-filled veggies...and I'm feeling extra sluggish and weighted down. I'm going to make sure to reach for fruits and veggies for my snacks and continue to stay hydrated. I've sort of slipped back into my old habit of thinking the weight will drop with exercise. It's just not true without a calorie deficit! I've got to get better at accurately tracking calories!

Have a great day everyone! 105 days left! That's 15 weeks!

    @MrsAcyprus2015 - yay for pre-Christmas weight!!!! Congrats!

    I’m working towards that, and still 3.5 lb from it ( from 4.5 a week ago).
    Granted I didn’t do what you did, and stay consistently within calories, but I’m on my way there.
    And in 5 minutes I’ll go for a 3 miles walk, first one in a long while- well , quarantine long, you know with the time being stretchy now and we all have a new definition for what constitutes entertainment 😁

    Hey ya!

    I weighed in today for my second time post Christmas gain! I’m only 0.3lbs short of my pre Christmas weight now. Today is treat day but as we are having a takeaway tomorrow so I decided to stay within my calories today.
    I’ve also been for a walk for the first time in 10 days because it’s been raining evvveeeerrryyyy day!
    I’m so bored of lockdown and the weather. It feels like Groundhog Day at the moment. Get up, go to work, come home, sleep - repeat!

    This!!! It's another cold, dark day. The weather is really getting me down. I thought I was going to have fun rides in the snow, but now it's more rainy and windy so honestly, I probably won't run or ride :'( I am on track to stay under calories though.

    Good to hear from you @MrsAcyprus2015 :blush:

    Hi everyone,

    I haven't posted in awhile. I was still keeping up with my drinking water and exercising, but about 1 week ago I really looked over my eating and realized that while I was tracking, I would go over my calories a little here and a little there everyday and it was hindering my weight loss. So, for the past week I have really been focused on keeping within my daily calories.

    Unfortunately, I haven't been able to see a loss reflected on the scale, because I haven't been able to weigh myself recently since I am currently in a walking boot. My ankle that I thought I had sprained a couple of weeks ago; instead, I have a chipped bone in my ankle and possibly a stress fracture in my foot. So, I am in a walking boot for at least 6 weeks. Since I can't weigh myself with the boot on, I am taking these 6 weeks as a time to continue to focus on developing habits, without being concerned what is happening on the scale.

    One of my habits I am working on is to post more regularly.

    Take care!

    Oh no @taxgirl1! So sorry to hear about your ankle. I thought it was getting better :( Good for you for taking the time to work on habits. I'm still trying to do the same. I'm so happy you're back :smile:
