A successful day even though I had a couple of treats. A good Jiu Jitsu class this morning and then a walk to the shops in the howling gale. Coffee with coach and his family after class and an afternoon of watching series with my cat who has been missing his brother Jack.5

Not sure I've ever logged this early but it's a total rest day and I'm busy doing my hair while binge-watching anything and everything that streams online.
In other news: today's "walk 'n errands" had to be done in -13°C (or around 9°F for you wacky Americans). That meant doubling up on pants so as not to freeze. So I grabbed a pair of last summer's size 30 "skinny jeans" but doubted that I could wear gym leggings underneath.
Not only could I, but I needed a belt 😲
I also tried on my "goal jeans" (a dramatic flared pair from Guess) earlier this week because I was bored. They are size 27, fit a charm but will soon need belting as well unless I can get this recomp under better control.
So I guess my jeans collection is my achievement?! 🤷🏾♀️

Exercise, yes, 10 mins cardio workout and a long walk, very muddy and hilly. Walking was at a 4 year-olds pace mixed with tag and chase grandma up the hill 😄

Spent most of the day feeling very cold and under the weather so took a rest day, lounged around and watched Netflix. Feeling lots better tonight so looking forward to a more active day tomorrow!6 -

My quads were still sore from the weights workout 2 days ago, so it was another easier day for me (45 min yoga, 15 low impact spin).
I normally don't worry about my macros and focus only my calories. However, that is going to be one of my new focus areas, so I really tried to keep it balanced today. This is probably the best my pie chart has ever looked! I went a little over on fat but actually ate more protein than carbs.

Today I did 30 mins at 3.8 mph on the treadmill and another 30 mins at 3.0mph. I also did 20 mins on the rebounder and 90 minutes of giving massages.
