    So great to be back with my fitness instructors and friends for actual in person classes. Limited size/socially distanced still, but we're together!

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 60 minute Core Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga class, immediately followed by a 45 minute Mind Body Connect class, and a 45 minute Simply Stretch class.

    Exercise: Yes. Odd mix of random stuff that all added up to the calories I needed: 10 min kickboxing, 30 min dancing, 5 min rower.

    Still here logging and on track with my calories, but no exercise. Not a winner's circle month, but not a terrible month either.

    @reachedmylimit Lots of exercise and Mom only has one birthday per year, so that is a great way to use a Pass day.
