Exercised - Yes, 80 min walk on the trail - though only got credit for 45 minutes of it on my Apple Watch. Boo.
Calories - Yes! I had actually decided to take a pass day since it’s not like I can’t take them with me into next month, but I forgot to eat my afternoon snack and it all ended up working out somehow with me 50 calories under my goal after my walk 🤷🏻♀️ (My main goal is having a perfect month on my Apple Watch which doesn’t count that calorie goal piece.)

I’m getting a body scan done at 8:30am tomorrow. 😬. I suspect it will depress me into kicking *kitten* in February. Lol.4 -

I worked hard in the evening because my eating was not so great during the day and I wanted to earn my place in the Winters Circle 😀. Thank you, @RangerRickL for adding me!
I finished Heather bobertson's 12 week program! 🎉 This one was "epic" and I did have to pause for 30s extra at some point (she leaves only 15s of rest), to then see to my surprise that it was the last exercise!
Ready to move on to the next program and determined to change my schedule. I slept too little again this month, mostly because of stress @work.
I'll try to make the last day of Jan a good one, to have some momentum for February 😉.3 -
