We made it!
2020 recap
1. I gained 10 Covid lock-down pounds by mindless snacking.
2. No place to train or race.
3. Got Covid and have lung scarring and foggy brain with fatigue.
4. Gained 10lbs after steroids
2020 Gratitude
1. Met my goal of swimming 2 miles in the Gulf of Mexico ( 2 days before getting sick)
2. Rediscovered walking
3. Back to work with modified schedule and lighter load.
2021 goals
1.Weight loss
2.Nutrition
3.Backup plans to barriers
Jan goals
1. Lose 7 lbs
2. Develop training schedule
3. Limit eating out or fast foods to once a week

1. Lost 2.5lbs
2. Developing after work habits of 30 min workout
- walk after work
- bought exercise bike for after work
3. Finally a little better nutrition
4. Totally fatigued on days off.. unable to do any exercise0
