I've gotten lower than just a healthy BMI! I started running again with the C210K app. I'm feeling motivated to keep going and get to my ultimate goal weight! I'm going to be running a 10K with my husband for our 10 year anniversary this spring, and I'm excited for this event. Wish me luck!1 -
