Yesterday, my weight was 144.6, but I binged last night pretty bad. I'm hoping that this gain will drop off fast tomorrow. But, either way, I still had a week of oreos, reese's peanut butter hearts, and chips. I haven't indulged like that in a while. It's been a crazy week at work, though, so maybe I was eating my stress a bit. Who knows? But I've gotta rein it back in. My goal is to be at 144 or lower by 3/1. I'm afraid that 1) the first 5-6 weeks of this year have not been good for me and my weight has been up and down a lot - the weights that I've logged are above - and 2) my phone app has decided it doesn't like the community functions here and I've been terrible about making time to sit down at the computer to check in. Finally got settled back into a solid eating plan this Monday and plan to keep it going long term, though!1 -

Glad to see you back. Have you tried using the browser on your phone for the forums? It's more reliable than the app but more or less the same layout.1 -
