Not everyone knows that a fun part of the UAC is the discussion pages under "What's on your mind today?"
It is a great place to share ideas; exercises; nutrition; and insights.
    Check it out!

@RangerRickL - sorry I think I posted my goal thing in the wrong place yesterday. Thanks for mentioning the what's on your mind thread! 😊

@audreys03 shame about ur calf. After the birth of my buba i had to take it really easy as i had alot of health complications so long story short i did and still do alot of workouts from YouTube that are equipment free. Just type in no equipment work out into YouTube. U wld prob benifit also benefit from low impact workouts that dnt exacerbate ur calf injury like pushups, planks situps and some shadow boxing etc. Hope u get better soon.

    @donna25trinity Thanks! I’m glad!

Exercise: yes, bike ride 30 minutes, cardio 30+ minutes.
    Tracking: yes
    Calories: yes
    Pass days used: 0/3

I'm calorie banking in preparation for Valentines Day, I've been under by about 100 cals each day this week.
I'm also planning to visit my son and family next week and calorie tracking there will be difficult. As I'm currently maintaining at somewhat under my goal weight a few days of a higher "budget" will be OK.

Did I exercise at least 20 minutes? Shoveled snow for 20 minutes. Treadmill for 45 minutes. Still sore from yesterdays weight training but feel really good and looking forward to tomorrow's session.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, am under by 370 calories and full.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.

Did not exercise for 4 days so all pass days are used.

It has not been above 0(with windchill) since last Thursday and will not be above 0 with windchill until next Wednesday. I am looking forward to that 10 degree temperature. Had to laugh when I read a thread where one of the responses was "they wish that they lived in a state with 4 distinct seasons"! I wish that I lived in a state where I didn't have to dress in 3 layers to go outside in the winter!

    ✔️ EXERCISE: Yes.
    ✔️ CALORIES: Yes.
    ✔️ TRACK: Yes.

    PASSES USED: 2/3 (02Feb)(07Feb)

I'm so stinkin EXCITED to report that tonight I was able to do 30 mins jogging at 4.4mph on the treadmill! That's definitely my personal best to date! My knee was a little "twitchy" during my warm up walk (10 mins), but it seemed to warm up ok so I decided to push on and planned to quit if it began to hurt at all. I'm so excited to report that I DID IT completely -- WITHOUT STOPPING! (Can you tell I'm excited!?)

I also did the rebounder today and 1.75 minute of planks! I know it's not much, but I have to start somewhere!

Woo hoooo, sharing your excitement with you!! High five!
