Yes: 50 min beach walk and sooo much cleaning started at 9am and sat down at 9.45pm.
Yes: really under today prob still full from all the quiche i ate yest. Ha ha
Yes tracked everything.
2/3 passes hoping not to use anymore.
All caught up on reading everyone's posts for the last 2 days.. its taken me an hour to read. Its like a full time job. Ha ha! Love all the conversation i feel like im really starting to get to know u all really well.

@mshawski sorry to hear u had such a crappy day, awesome how ur still exercised and ate well tho!! With regards to ur goal weight just do wat feels right for u..

@audreys03 shame about ur calf. After the birth of my buba i had to take it really easy as i had alot of health complications so long story short i did and still do alot of workouts from YouTube that are equipment free. Just type in no equipment work out into YouTube. U wld prob benifit also benefit from low impact workouts that dnt exacerbate ur calf injury like pushups, planks situps and some shadow boxing etc. Hope u get better soon.

@SModa61 - Yes, I've heard from several people that they felt rough after the second shot. One person said she even had to miss work. But, for me, so far on this second day I'm feeling no effects other than some soreness which also means it's working. Glad your parents are getting theirs, and hope they do well after. Thanks for commenting! Even though I read everyone's posts every day, I do a very poor job of commenting on them!!6

11 Jan. Current situation. Hibernation planned for another week due to mother nature pulling a complete shitshow..
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No - I am refusing to do exercise today.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - altho knowing I will not be running much I have cut my calories back. Normally eating at TDEE balances out but when you are injured or have forced time off for more than a few days, it is critical to cut back some. On the bright side my mileage has been OVER the top since last year's injury healed - 4 months of a lot of miles means a few days off is probably a really GOOD thing.

I'm calorie banking in preparation for Valentines Day, I've been under by about 100 cals each day this week.
I'm also planning to visit my son and family next week and calorie tracking there will be difficult. As I'm currently maintaining at somewhat under my goal weight a few days of a higher "budget" will be OK.4 -

haha.. I take back my pass day for today. I decided that I could go out and do a 20 minute walk. How on earth do you northerners do this. I think I put on every piece of clothing I own!!!!
Anyway, what motivated me to do that. Honestly I would like to say the UAC but it wasn't. I wanted to take pictures of the iced over trees and such. So pretty but so much damage before we are done. sigh.

I bought myself a new jumper (sweater if jumper sounds weird to you!) and it arrived today. I love it, it was a “be kind to myself gift” as I’m really pleased at losing my injury weight gain. It will look even nicer just a little looser. It’s lifted my slightly low lockdown spirit!

Sorry, need to report yesterday and today together.. I got my second COVID vaccine yesterday and was pretty much a zombie last night. So....

Feeling better today, and feeling blessed to have had access to the vaccine (I am a health care worker caring for high risk patients), despite the side effects.

Shoveled again today medicine ball slams on the back porch worked quickly as it was only 5 above zero tomorrow’s wind chill is suppose to be -25 in the morning. A cold holiday weekend in the Adirondacks.

I'm so stinkin EXCITED to report that tonight I was able to do 30 mins jogging at 4.4mph on the treadmill! That's definitely my personal best to date! My knee was a little "twitchy" during my warm up walk (10 mins), but it seemed to warm up ok so I decided to push on and planned to quit if it began to hurt at all. I'm so excited to report that I DID IT completely -- WITHOUT STOPPING! (Can you tell I'm excited!?)
I also did the rebounder today and 1.75 minute of planks! I know it's not much, but I have to start somewhere!9 -

Did not exercise for 4 days so all pass days are used.
It has not been above 0(with windchill) since last Thursday and will not be above 0 with windchill until next Wednesday. I am looking forward to that 10 degree temperature. Had to laugh when I read a thread where one of the responses was "they wish that they lived in a state with 4 distinct seasons"! I wish that I lived in a state where I didn't have to dress in 3 layers to go outside in the winter!
