    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 1 h 4 min of walking, 1h + of muscle training.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
    Yes , 1,015/1,200, after all the workouts I have done today, I didn't feel like eating after 800 calories. I just managed to push it to 1000 by drinking warm milk.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, 2,950 of fluid.

    Pass days: 1/3

    Today was the first day of the challenge I'm doing with my niece. I can't believe I managed to finish it off. It was very challenging with its quantities and contents, at least for us. Let's hope I will have a successful day tomorrow as well.
