    Not a good week, I'd rather not blame the gain on more (and worse quality) food and less exercise, but rather perhaps it was water retention? Yes, it must be, I feel really well hydrated this week. :blush:

    My highest recorded weight was: 164.4lbs
    My lowest recorded weight was: 144.6 lbs (new!)
    My goal weight for 1/1/2022 is 125lbs

    Made some slightly better choices this week, but not consistently. I think I'm on the right path again though. Hoping to be at 144lbs or less by 3/1 still. Let's finish this month strong!
