I just read enthusiastic posts on the MFP Challenge board by our friends and team members, @MadisonMolly2017;
@donna25trinity; @SModa61; and @cjane917. I was very tired when I started reading and I was so pumped with enthusiasm after reading their transformational stories.
Thank you to each of you!
@MadisonMolly2017 has "lost and not refound" 75 lbs and is succeeding at maintaining and being healthy
@donna25trinity has always struggled with weight and is now within 0.8 kg of goal weight!
@SModa61 since last October is down 29+ lbs and is almost at her "wedding weight"
@cjane917 recently completed a 40 lb weight loss journey and appreciate you, the UAC team as her accountability partners.

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes under by alot. I allowed calories for chocolate tonight but hubby talked me out of it. think hes just sick of hearing me constantly talking about getting to goal. Ha ha!!!

Today is my final pass day. Hopefully I won't need one for the next four days.
@RangerRickL I did feel motivated when I read the March introduction posts. I want to proudly one day write : I have lost 30 kilo or even 40 🤭, and I'm on maintenance. Or even manage to run for a long time. These things many of you have done it or on the way to do it. I hope one day I find myself at the finish line and feel this great feelings of self satisfaction.

Love the stories too! They do inspire me to keep plodding on and not give up. January was good for me but February has been slow / static in terms of weight loss. Just going to keep on at it though, I know these habits are what will get me there, even if it is slower than I hoped. Great to have UAC for company and support.

Closing out the day a little earlier than normal with calories saved for before bed tea. Exercise was a 40 min walk with the hubs, which we both desperately needed as we try to maintain our sanity while continuing to work from home with a 5 year old remote learning. Having a conversation that isn’t interrupted or yelled over is a luxury walks provide. Lol. My child has many personality traits that are going to make him an amazing adult some day, but sometimes they make him a trying 5 year old. 🤦🏻♀️12 -

40 minute walk - slower than usual as I wiped out on black ice on my way in to work this morning and reactivated an old ankle injury 😡 Advil and a slow pace helped...

Yes! Planned it out ahead of time as I have learned (by tracking for this challenge, thanks UAC) that my busy schedule on Wednesdays makes me much more likely to take a “pass” day than other days of the week... WooHoo for self awareness 😀

Yesterday cont'd: I am back to under 130, after fluctuating again. So yesterday was not that bad 😉 and I did right not to use a pass.
Today went well, I 🚶♀️ and 🏋♀️. Had enough calories for a 🍷 w hubs (wanted to try the 🍾 he got us for a few days now). Still some calories left, so... victory!6 -
@RangerRickL I'll be the first to admit that sometimes I want to keep the UAC secret. 🤫 I know, I'm horrid. But then hearing from the new joiners is always so inspiring. I mean, if it wasn't for my curiosity about @calvin20874's super, extra-long stretching sessions, I wouldn't have incorporated some in my routine this month. Also, I was new not so long ago and was welcomed with open arms. Merci, UAC!

Today was a better day. Thank you to everyone who commented with such kind words. You all are so supportive and encouraging and I appreciate this group so much. Today I did 20 mins on the rebounder, and 20 mins on the treadmill.8
