He apparently has several books for men and women. I'm doing the "Strong Curves" program (the digital version of the book is available via Amazon). The routine - once you get the hang of it - gets boring so it's key to be aware of progressions (which he does provide in the back of the book...with LOTS of helpful pictures).
It is supposed to help tone your glutes but an MFPer in the main forums suggested this program could also help with general core work. I can now attest that this is true. I'm wrapping up Month 3 of 3 in a few days with confident push-ups and better mobility/balance.

@MaltedTea thanks so much ill give both of them a try! I hope u dnt mind asking but did u notice a difference in ur glute size?? Lol! I hvent been able to do weights for over 9 mths due to health complications after the birth of my buba plus since all the weight loss im def missing my curves! I had one of my relatives the other day openly joke and say that they look like pancakes. Ha ha i was highly offended and embarrassed at the time but now am just using it as motivation to get toned. I shld be all good to start a light weights program now. Also im considering tracking macros to help with muscle gain etc. Any thoughts?6

I just got a PowerFit Vibrating Platform and it's sort of amazing. It really shakes up your muscles more than I expected. Went out walking with a friend and after a half hour I was so sore I started walking funny and we burst out laughing... even laughing 😆 hurt but it was the good kind of pain. Hope I don't regret it in the morning.
