    Thank you @RangerRickL for organizing this for us! I used two pass days.
    ✅ exercised for 30 bike, 10 arms and by the time I get upstairs 10,000 steps!!! I’m exhausted.
    ✅ I’m under!!! Mostly because we had linner today (late lunch/early dinner) and then I was too full and too exhausted to eat anything else.
    ✅ tracked everything that I ate and drank. I actually enjoy tracking now.

    The scale has been stubborn- that’s ok though. I’m eating better, actually exercising and drinking water (seltzer). This challenge has been a great motivator for me. I’m looking forward to the next one. Thank you again @RangerRickL !!!
