I’m lighter than I need to be – by about 1.5 kg (4 lbs) – but I really struggle with the obvious answers ie eat more and/or exercise less. In normal times I eat out every couple of weeks and go on holiday several times a year (I’m retired). But the Covid restrictions have put an end to all that eating out. So no little ups and downs.
@lesdarts180 Sorry you share this "problem", but also glad to know that it's not just me. Thank you for sharing. How are you setting your daily "calorie budget"? Anything to share?6 -

Today I did 30 mins walking at a leisurely pace with my friend - then I came home and did 30 more on the treadmill at 3.5mph. I also did 15 mins of weights/strength training - arms, and 15 mins of yoga. Oh, and 30 minutes of Dancing to the Oldies!
@mshawski I cracked up when I read your son's remark about you eating his popcorn! That's too funny!
@fractaltiger sorry about your terrible, awful, really bad day! But you still got 3 ✅ so KUDOS to you!! Praying you don't get the rona and that you aren't too terribly stiff tomorrow.8 -

Today was a really nice day. A while back, I get a goal of making a new recipe each week and I've been pleasantly surprised that I've been keeping to it. Today I made a Waldorf Salad, including the dressing (from Mandy's Gourmet Salads). I've also been wanting to get in more mediations, which I've done terribly at, but today I did a 10 min for Women's History Month. Normally, I get very restless during them, but I was able to focus (except when one of my kitties got the zoomies for 2 minutes).11 -

Exercise: Active stretching just keeps getting longer and more of them. Ever hear of the pelvic clock? @SummerSkier it is a great exercise to help a rider ride more balanced. I tend to put too much weight in the right stirrup.
