Pass Days Used: --Since my 40 lb KB is taking some getting used to, I've worked out my expected progression using a drop set approach with my 25 lb KB. However, I ended off the first week and then started the second week by advancing my workout progressions faster than expected.
The calendar has been adjusted as of MAR082021 to reflect that I may end up doing 8 sessions with only the 40 lb KB (not just 3, as laid out in the original plan). Still aiming for a 30 min PR by month end.

Yes, yes and yes, a good day. I did 2 hours and 30 minutes in the gym, a new high for me, it felt good, but left me a bit tired the rest of the day.6

Tracking saved me today. Brother in law in town at Mayo Clinic so we went out to lunch. Ate too much mid-day so dropped the anchor. Cottage cheese only at dinner time.

Today is my 1 year anniversary of my health journey. On 3/8/2020, I weighed 223.4 lbs. according to the dr.'s scale. I didn't measure myself or start tracking weight until 4/12/2020 when I weighed 208.1 lbs. and measured bust=46.0", waist=46.0", hips=49.0'',thighs=27.25'', and biceps=14.0''. Today, I am 151.0 lbs.(up from 149.3 lbs.), measurements are bust=38.5'', waist=36.0'', hips=39.0", thighs=22.25'', biceps=11.0''.
I am at a healthy bmi, but will lose another 15 pounds to be at a 22 bmi, then reassess my weight.14 -

Yes x 3. Minimal exercise, 20 minutes walking. I just don't seem to have the energy. I am really out of condition, so I should really go back to my programme of increasing my walk by 5 minutes every day. If UAC had a cheer button, you could cheer me on every time I do an extra 5 minutes! Your support helps.

I was pleased that today's upper body weights were purposeful and strong rather than going through the motions like last Wed & Fri. I need to see more of that!4 -
In response to MFP glitches, I go on their website on my tablet, don't use the app, as a) it seems to have more glitches and b) it makes me post in French on the home page. It does mean I am limited to looking at UAC posts to when I am at home and use WiFi, but under Lockdown I am mostly at home anyway ... Curfew from 6pm to 6am ... Only problem when I am examining away from home.3

I also don't use the app. Only the website via desktop and I don't have any of these double entires or other weirdness. I sometimes get an error when trying to submit data but I retry and it pretty much always works the second time.3
