    Maintained (Trendweight) scale weight is about 2kg down from last week.
    First low day after shark week so expect the trend will drop a bit later this week as normal.

    Thank you. It's so good to have company on this journey, and this time I've only had a few rocky steps on the road, Christmas being the biggest one.

    Some progress this week. I started walking for an hour every day, so I think the results might be better next week. Read somewhere that there is some water retention when you start exercising...we'll see.

    Have lost two inches in my hips. Haven’t seen 155 in a very long time.

    Feeling good after working on not having desserts each night, this week! Glad the scale is showing this success too. :smiley:
