Hey group. Just wondering if this group is still
Active? I am starting the dash life style after doing keto and one meal a day eating. I was going to do dash with intermittent fasting. Looking for support to explore this lifestyle and way of eating.

I have done DASH loosely for about ten years. Right now, I am doing WW but following many of the principals of DASH. Mostly, I try to get five servings of non-starchy fruits and vegetables every day; meat only two meals per week, beef only once or twice per week and never two days in a row; red potatoes one two meals per week and never on the same day or two days in a row; avoid processed foods and high sodium foods; don't add salt to my food; focus to try to get my calcium, potassium, sleep, water and fiber. I don't do intermittent fasting, but I have done the American Diabetes Association diet when I was pregnant and I prefer to eat clean foods (although I do not always).0
