    Had a nice day: biked to a park, where I met the boys for a ⚽️-game (been asking them how many 40yo moms 👩‍🦳 they see kicking it with their boys and they couldn't answer 😂). Luckily, my hubs gave up yelling like a wickinger each time he got the ball. I find that intimidating 😂. I still lost 🤷‍♀️, but it was tight! 😁

    Biking 🚴‍♀️ back home was a little more challenging, though: without my son, I missed a turn (or at least I thought) 🙈, so did an unnecessary loop. Cold 🌧 wet my jeans, but the "best" part was when I saw ❄ (snowflakes) resting on my already sticky👖.

    I couldn't stay put and did a little workout at home, so I am under by 300cal and only plan on drinking tea and water for the rest of the evening. So all good 🙌.

    Since my 40 lb KB is taking some getting used to, I've worked out my expected progression using a drop set approach with my 25 lb KB. However, I ended off the first week and then started the second week by advancing my workout progressions faster than expected.

    The calendar has been adjusted as of MAR082021 to reflect that I may end up doing 8 sessions with only the 40 lb KB (not just 3, as laid out in the original plan). Still aiming for a 30 min PR by month-end.

    The number in yellow indicates the number of minutes taken to complete the workout that day
