I have about 50 pounds to lose, but breaking it into smaller chunks. Looking to take off 10 pounds!! I’m concentrating on exercising 4-5 times a week and eating better foods!!

Hi there,
I would love to lose another 40 lbs. I think I will try for 30 lbs for right now. I have learned of some underlying issues... So this is a full change for me.... food choices, exercise. Overweight, cholesterol and possible hypertension. My goal is to start eating right, and adding more exercise into my life. Of course, this year with virtual teaching has really added a new stress. I am trying to master my new way of teaching and managing time and stress levels. I am so ready for 2021

My goal is to lose the 20 lbs. that I gained in 2020 from stress eating. I'm watching calories closely, making a better effort to move at work and I'm facilitating a group at our school that does 1 workout a week together using TeacherFit.com. Our school wellness committee purchased a subscription for everyone in our district.0
