What is your goal??
I have about 50 pounds to lose, but breaking it into smaller chunks. Looking to take off 10 pounds!! I’m concentrating on exercising 4-5 times a week and eating better foods!!

Can anyone here share any helpful tips for focusing on personal health and wellness while also dealing with the stressors of this crazy school year?

Welcome 2021 Woke up to a beautiful snow - more than we have seen in a couple of years. The snow is still falling, so the world is peaceful and quiet. I’m getting ready to do my first workout in 2021. I wish you health and happiness this year!!
Resolutions??
Are you a resolution person?? I really am not, but am making some changes for 2021. Better nutrition habits, more exercise, more positivity - less junk food. Starting a 100 work out challenge with some friends tomorrow - 100 workouts between Jan 1 and May 31.
