How's everyone doing with Teacher Appreciation Week?
My school is giving us different types of breakfasts throughout the week, Monday was yogurt parfait, Tuesday was bagels, today was mammoth muffins, tomorrow is doughnuts, I can't remember what Friday is. We are also having 2 catered lunches and unlimited drinks and snacks available to us.
Surprisingly, I've managed to be only a few hundred above my goal. My wife told me it's ok, this is one week that we as teachers are being recognized for the crazy year that we've had, and one week will be fine. Looking at it that way, I feel ok being a little over, and I'll get right back at it once the week is done.
If no one told you, THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO TO HELP THE CHILDREN IN YOUR SCHOOL!
