            How’s everyone doing this week?
 My nausea is slowly improving, and I’ve been able to think about vegetables without throwing up... I had a week when my husband seriously couldn’t have lettuce or cucumbers near me, because them smell made me puke. Those aren’t even smelly/fragrant veggies.

 I got back to basics. My calories were pretty low a few of the days and I know that's not sustainable but I needed a kick start. The IF really contributed to this too. I was fasting for about 18 hours each day. I'm back on track and happy about it.

 I struggled most of the week for some reason I was constantly hungry. I switched some things around and started to feel better but barely had a loss. I'll take that over a gain any day.2

 I tried intermittent fasting a few days this week - 3 to be exact. On the days I didn't wake up hungry, I just started my day with lunch at noon.
 I also got in three days of exercise this past week.4

            Hi guys!! It's been a crazy week, recovering from my surgery etc. Thanks for the wellwishes It went well, but I am still swollen and bloated. It went well, but I am still swollen and bloated.

 I really hope in the next week or so I can start moving around and exercising. My food also hasn't been great this week. I opted for a "day off" so my wife and I had takeout. I didn't overeat, and still within my calories I think.

 I was hoping to be down to 280 by my birthday on May 4th. Looks pretty improbable but not impossible, I just have to really get my bum in gear and get on with the exercising!!! ^_^

 Slow couple of weeks weight-wise, hurried in every other aspect. I have fluctuated by 5 pounds throughout my period and didn’t know where I would land today. It was my husband’s birthday and beyond the mini-cake we got him, his mom and colleague made him enormous gf cakes -so I was out of my element and actually ate cake for dessert...like several of the nights. I’ve also been eating terribly due to being so busy. Not at all or a shake and then perhaps eating too much when I get home at 8. I am afraid I will not be making my goal for this month and I need to dig deep and ask myself if I was being too ambitious or if I was just too comfortable.1

 Sorry I'm late; I haven't been able to log into my app for some reason and had to get to the PC to try to log in. Good news is this is my weekly high, not my weekly low so if I can convince my hubby not to eat out too much next week, I may have a breakthrough! (Just in time to go out of town again, of course!)1

 Wow off this week, I walked a lot but I think I let portions creep up on me and over did almonds and cheese. Back to 100% on my game tomorrow, I can tell I gained, first time in a long while and feel crappy bloated. Back to it, water, portions and calories. Ate lunch out 2 weekends in a row and it tasted good while eating but not after. Just not use to restaurant food. Thought I could cheat a bit. Now I need to lose what I gained and get back to losing that 10 pounds, Short season will be here before I know it.1
