Good morning Monday!! Here we go on a fresh week!! I am all in!! Took the day off!! Got my workout on!! Might go run still feeling active today! Or I may clean my nasty house and do laundry!! Either way more calories gonna get burned!! Hope y'all have a wonderful week!! Here are my goals and intensions!!
#1 drink the water
#2 eat mindfully
#3 log the food
#4 move that *kitten*
Calorie goal on days I don't clean for 4 hours or more 1200 on days I clean more than 4 hours plus my workout going for 1600. I need to switch things up a bit!! Get tough on myself and make my goals happen!!

I have been in the stress River and I finally said I have stress always quit letting that be an excuse to fall into bad habits!!! So paddled myself to the side and climbed out!! Now, it's time to really make changes happen. Really log it be mindful and get it done!! I've done this before I can do it again. I had stress then I'll always have stress that can not be my enabler any more!!

Last couple of days have been good. I'm doing better drinking my water and I've tracked everything I've eaten and come in under or on point with my macros and calories. We'll see what Friday's weigh in holds.4

arrrrrrgh, I'm glad it's a loss but for goodness sake! lol. I'm basically down 0.4lb in 2 weeks which is insane!
On a positive- I've been so inactive since December because of my gallbladder issue- and I am scheduled in for surgery this thursday! Had my covid test and pre-op stuff this morning. So hopefully I can recover and get back to moving around!
(I maaaaaay need to be excused next week if that is ok? It depends on swelling etc)
I also had my maths final and finished the course with an A, rather happy with that ^_^
Happy Tuesday all! I have a million appointments over the next 2 days, and an assignment to finish, so I have that to keep me busy Hopefully when things calm down I can be a bit more active on here, I'd love to get to know you all better!!!7 -

I hit 8 full weeks of pregnancy today. It seems crazy that according to my pregnancy tracking app, I’m already 20% done (8/40 weeks).
As sad as it sounds, I’m getting kind of used to the exhaustion and nausea and learning to live around them. I told my boss after the first sonogram and he’s pretty understanding of everything (he has 2 kids and cancer killed his wife, so he’s seen what all kinds of symptoms do to people), I couldn’t really do my job anymore without him knowing and approving my survival tactics, which include blocking nap time with ”a private meeting” in the middle of the day.
On the new side of symptoms, I can no longer suck my stomach in properly. Here comes the bump. I kind of want to get the bump so I can look pregnant, but not before I’ve had my second ultrasound and time to share the news on my own terms.4 -

That is such a slight gain that it could be anything. Our bodies fluctuate constantly. It could be anything from you ate a lot of sodium to you didn't sleep well to hormones. You got this! Frustrating- yes. Can you do it?- yes!2 -

I totally understand the ugh-not-amused-feeling, but still. 0.2lbs is one delayed bathroom trip or one small late-night snack that you didn’t have a chance to digest before weighing in. Yes, it’s the wrong direction, but not by a lot. Life needs detours.2 -

I have been struggling for a month now. Stress and not staying focused on late night snacking has killed me. I also slightly knocked my scale tonight so I could be +/- 5lbs from that. Super frustrating! It’s on a wooden floor but it must be super uneven. Tomorrow, I’ll draw the edges right on the floor so I don’t have this happen again.2 -

Thanks for the comments everyone, I truly appreciate it. It's just unusual for me, usually I won't gain when actually under calories. I might stay the same, but wow, a whole pound gain while under, it just kinda surprised me, haha. I normally don't sneak peaks before weigh in day either, and the one time I do that happens LOL.1

Hi team!
I am currently sitting in a surgical center while my husband has elbow surgery. I cannot believe they are allowing me to sit inside. I am one of 4... we are all masked up and sitting far apart. This is giving me time to catch up on the thread
Yesterday was my drive back home. I did not plan well and grabbed a sandwich on the road. I unpacked my scale this am and decided to see what the damage over the last several days was. I was fully dressed wearing jeans and shoes and had drank 2 coffees -- I was 179.2. I was not happy with this. I would like to be max 175 fully dressed. I have been feeling my habits slipping lately. This is FIRM DATA that it is. Time to buckle down!!!
I would love to see my ultimate goal weight of 155 by 07/04 -- this is my new goal for myself. I will weigh naked tomorrow morning and post those results. That is 107 days to lose roughly 20 lbs! This is very doable!!!
THE MATH... because I am a nerd like that
My BMR at goal weight of 155 is 1440 cal/day -- this is my sedentary baseline
To lose 20 lbs in 100 days is a daily deficit of 700 calories.
To accomplish this -- I can burn a total of 2000 cal per day and intake 1300. Both of these can be accomplished without extreme effort.
I will be revamping my Nerd Report to keep me in line.
Thanks for listening to me rant and get these thoughts out of my head and on 'paper'6
