    how do you feel? okay I guess, but I went way way way over with my salt today, have to watch that. It was this seafood boil, taste good, very little calories, but the sodium will throw you for a loop. :(:s

    @donna25trinity Thank you for letting us know about the MFP bulk recipe function! I will test it this weekend. Until now, I saved all the ingredients as a meal and entered the meal as a single food using the meal's nutritional values. Way too many steps, which discouraged me from adding new recipes into the rotation!
