Was a rainy day today - so no competitive badminton for us 😂😂😂 Was able to get in my leg day🦵🏽routine, which is WAYYY more challenging.

Champion Circle
Excited to be 610 calories under, which should help with yesterday’s overage. Wasn’t hungry (because of extra food yesterday.)
I cut out sugar except two 1/2 oz 82% dark chocolate (which I ate when I was losing)
I also went back to no starches after lunch.
Reason: I’ve been less happy, less energetic. It occurred to me this switch began when I began eating sugars & starches (to get calories, but reduce fiber amounts & keep protein where the drs want them)
I felt better today. Hoping this boosts my mood/resets my gut biome/works it’s magic!
Time will tell.
I’m never giving up.

@donna25trinity Thank you for letting us know about the MFP bulk recipe function! I will test it this weekend. Until now, I saved all the ingredients as a meal and entered the meal as a single food using the meal's nutritional values. Way too many steps, which discouraged me from adding new recipes into the rotation!3 -
