Looots of calories left from a day 🚴♀️ tour with my boys. Ate in moderation. Drank too little, but will make up for it tomorrow.
So ending the month with just 1 pass 🎉 and even that not strictly a pass 😉.5 -

Exercise – yes, bike ride 30 minutes + 50 minute walk outside.
Tracking – yes
Calories – yes.
Organising a funeral that complies with the Covid restrictions is heartbreaking. Well, the funeral would be heartbreaking anyway but made worse by having to limit the numbers of people (max 30), social distancing, strictly no touching (ie no hugs, no friendly hand on an arm etc), everyone to go home straight afterwards as no wake is allowed.
One day at a time.

Well done all you wonderful winners! Fantastic effort for what has felt like a very long month!
A much better day for me today, three yeses and I’m feeling good again. Thank you for your kind words @dewit and @biketheworld . You were right it was just a blip and I’m feeling in control today and enjoying the feeling of not being over run with sugar! I’m mystified why I reach for the stuff when I actually don’t feel good almost straight away after eating it.
So goodbye March, here’s to a great April everyone!5 -
Oh and @Winner_in_Life i just saw your comment too - totally agree, if it’s not two days in a row I’m not too worried! Don’t know if you’ve read it but that sentiment is also another pearl of wisdom from Atomic Habits3

Finishing off the month fairly pleased. For nutrition, I averaged 35% protein and stayed under 30% fat. For exercise, I exceeded my PR expectations. Measurements get taken tomorrow and hopefully, I'll have a workout plan finalized by then 😬

3/31
Exercise: ✅ 1 mile walk, 3 mile run (treadmill)
Calories: ✅ Bad choices but under goal thanks to the run
Tracking: ✅
Pass days remaining: 1
I fulfilled my March goals of getting into the 170s (barely at 179.8 but I’m taking it!), and upping one run a week to 5 miles. I failed epically on the reading, but the reading was tied to my mental health and I did see my doc about that and take other action on that front. Overall - was a good month. March = win.
April... I’m a little worried about April. I have my first dose of the vaccine Friday and am unsure about reactions and their effect on exercise. Then there is Easter this weekend and my in laws have been vaccinated and we haven’t seen them in a year so we already have two weekends of out of town guests lined up for later in April. I may not end up in the winners circle in April but I’m gonna do my best.

Exercise? Yes. CrossFit at 6am was seriously hard y’all!
Tracking? Yes! 👍
Calories? Yes, under by just over 100
Saw some movement on the scale this week. Yay!4 -
exercise: yes - keep getting a cramp in my big left toe and left leg I may have overdone the walking, but it was calming...
calories: yes
track: yes

how do you feel: don't mind me, I am just channeling my inner Revenge of the Nerds and singing Queen's "WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS"
We did it, all of us, whether you made the Winner's Circle or not, we are all still here. I wish this had a party emoji
Here's to looking at April, and even though I only lost 9 out of the 10 pounds I wanted, if I use the 22nd I accomplished my goal, if I use the 1st I am 1 pound short, but it doesn't matter. today wasn't a good day, I had my wings, but I had it with a salad, I drank my lemonade, but I only had one 16 ounce cup.
I may not be making the best choices when it comes to my food, but I am making better more conscious choices that I know are sustainable.
APRIL BABY .... I see you and me 10 pounds less...3 -
3 ✅’s for last day of the month
Congrats to all who qualify for the Winners Circle and all the Champions as well!2 -
Congrats to the WC! No easy feat, I know.
Still not feeling up to exercise, but eating was good and I logged. Don't think I missed a day of logging and had only one over calorie budget this month, so from that perspective my March was good. However having a vacation and surgery kept me from exercising. Next month should be better!4 -
Yes x 3
Passes used 4/3
This is the first time I've done this challenge and it has been great! I loved the simple rules of the challenge that got me to get tighter with my tracking and forced me to focus on the choices I made with my eating.
I was so focused on meeting the daily challenge goals, that I didn't focus on the scale this month and instead focused on building healthy habits.
I'm in for next month.2 -
@Winner_in-Life yes. you are correct. I don't always make the Winner's Circle, but when I do, I just slip in the final list that I transfer to the new month.0
