1st April
It's warm and sunny here in Southern France. People are walking around in T-shirts. This helps to lighten my mood! So, exercise, 35 minutes walking in the sunshine, even if it was mostly to the Post Office and back. Bought myself some red tulips! @MadisonMolly2017
Calories: Yes, stayed under. Asparagus is back in season, very tasty, filling, with a couple of hard boiled eggs, low in calories! 20 spears of asparagus, 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 tsp mayonnaise, 267 calories.
I am a firm believer that, even if we have to limit calories in our daily diet, we should still eat nice food!
Tracking: Yes, logged it all!7 -

Consistency is key!
50/87 “completers” in March 57.4% might actually been the highest I’ve seen in over 3 years!!!! Wow!
Great advice above!
For those who hang in here, great achievements are possible!
Warmly,
Maddie
I have to agree. This is one of the highest since I joined few years ago.4 -

Its been a week since surgery and I felt good enough to do some walking, 45 minutes at a slow pace, but exercise none the less. Feels good to be back in the 3 x yes category!8 -

When I came back to mfp and the UAC in late Feb I set an ambitious target of -1 lb per week in mfp. But that calorie amount is just too low for me to be consistently successful. So I changed it to -0.5 per week starting today. This way I'm much more likely to have days that are passing or close to passing when pre-logging, so I'm more likely to adjust choices to hit the target rather than just giving in since I'm well over.5 -
Happy to be here on April Fools Day though I stopped tracking mid March, I stuck to relatively clean eating and exercise. The weather has been warm, so for the past week I've been doing green smoothies for breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack. It's helping me stay full but low calorie so I can have a normal dinner. Short lady solution to keeping a nice calorie deficit.
Yes x 3 for Thursday. on target with calories, logged, did a half hour dog walk and 75 min tennis.5 -
@Chinkiri And a wonderful group of 50 valiantly crossed the March finish line! I am proud of everyone!

@SModa61 it is those who finish the month that are counted in the Champions list!!!
You returned to the race strong and you finished!
Thank you,

@MaltedTea
Google just showed me what a boat pose is. Another first to add to my mental picture vocabulary.
You are always a delight and comfort zone expander.

@lacatgirl
Now that you read the rules, restart from zero tomorrow.
I did not feel well after both of my vaccine jabs but it is still something that I celebrate.2 -
@alligatorob Great to see that you are recovering and went for real walk. Too often we take such things for granted.
Best wishes, Rick1
