Yes yes yes.
I didn't do a work out peruse but we spent the day lifting and clearing out junk in our office as we are going to turn it into a gym.

Crazy busy day at work, which included draining one of the seal pools and sweeping all their poop down the drain. Sometimes my job is not so much fun, but I also got to give my otter a crayfish tail. He thoroughly enjoyed the enrichment exercise and was the cutest ever. Reasonable food choices that kept me under budget and enough exercise.6

Pass days used. 0 of 3On my ride yesterday I noticed that a branch which had fallen across the trail was no longer there. hmmm.. Busy beavers at work for sure. This is NOT human activity. Pretty large branch about 5-6" diameter I think. Would not like to see the size of the beavers which chewed it.3 -

Have been wanting a pair of expensive distressed jeans at Anthropologie, but refused to pay that much for them when I am still losing weight. Got a pair on Ebay for cheap. They are slim fit style size 30 (US 10) but are baggy on me! Guess I've gone down 3 sizesπ (at my largest they didn't even have my size). Need to work on my glutes though - they are definitely looking a little pancake-ish.πΉ.5 -

Exercise: β 15 min walk on treadmill, 35 min run
Calories: β With a small allotment of candy for the Easter Bunny set aside because I know myself. Iβll fess up if I end up stealing more than three pieces. Lol.

Tomorrow will be an intentional pass day. Iβll try to make the best decisions I can, but Iβm not in charge of dinner.
The kiddo is now taking a class at the gym once a week in the same place I take them. Itβs a Pee Wee program, and itβs incredibly adorable. Behold my accidentally camouflaged speedster π

I had a wonderful time tonight celebrating both of my sons birthdays (they're 3 weeks apart). After dinner we had a bonfire in the backyard and my grandsons made smores! I wasn't the least bit tempted (not even to lick my fingers, cause I helped to put all the yummy pieces together!) That's saying ALOT for THIS chocolate fiend!! π
I sent the leftover marshmallows, chocolate bars and graham crackers home with the boys as well as the leftover birthday cake! Gotta get that stuff OUT OF THE HOUSE -- because my willpower might not be so strong at 9pm tonight! π6 -

Managed to squeeze in a workout this afternoon, then found myself nibbling on a bowl of tortilla chips my husband had sitting out on the counter. Ugh! Mindless eating is my nemesis.

But I like to think of days where I exercised (60 min walk and 30 min bodyweight exercises) plus tracked and was 95 cal over as yes x2 rather than a pass. Yes, it counts as a pass for the UAC, as it should, but in my long-term journey it's still a positive step6 -

@MadisonMolly2017 - thanks for the vacation tips - I found two of her episodes dealing with vacations - #337 and #390. Haven't had a chance to listen yet - but stoked to hear them!
Exercise - yes - although not what I anticipated. I wanted to put 7 or 8 miles on my newish trail shoes before next week's half marathon - drove to a local nature preserve, only to find out that on a Saturday morning they don't open until 11 am!!!! What gives with that. So drove home, put on road shoes, and ran 4 miles. Rather bummed about that.
