    Managed to squeeze in a workout this afternoon, then found myself nibbling on a bowl of tortilla chips my husband had sitting out on the counter. Ugh! Mindless eating is my nemesis.

    Pretty sure I'm still within my calorie budget, but just barely.

    Tracked , prelogging everything for dinner, and did two hours of dog walk / hiking. Great day.

    @MadisonMolly2017 - thanks for the vacation tips - I found two of her episodes dealing with vacations - #337 and #390. Haven't had a chance to listen yet - but stoked to hear them!

    Exercise - yes - although not what I anticipated. I wanted to put 7 or 8 miles on my newish trail shoes before next week's half marathon - drove to a local nature preserve, only to find out that on a Saturday morning they don't open until 11 am!!!! What gives with that. So drove home, put on road shoes, and ran 4 miles. Rather bummed about that.

    I even managed to avoid the temptation to eat a handful of jelly beans or Reese's while filling some Easter eggs for my grandkids tomorrow. I did, however, have some apple crisp that hubby made earlier. However, I pre-planned those calories so am all good.
