My Apple Watch goal for April is 62 minutes of exercise a day. Today my walk and run took me 44 minutes, and classes are 45-50 minutes, so I guess I need to add some mileage and extra workout sessions to make it to that goal this month. Hm. Perhaps yoga. I need to learn to like yoga and stretching.

Oddly, I wrote what I ate on sticky notes &’put them in my pocket. Usually I enter them after eating the meal. So I went to look how I’d done & the day was blank!!!! What?!
So I fished them out of my pocket & entered them. I was fine❣️
