    The past few days haven’t been the best diet wise so I’m hoping that this weeks gain is just some water weight!

    My goal for the next month is to try to exercise daily. That was my goal last month, but due to my job I wasn’t able to. My schedule is a lot more open now though so hopefully I can succeed and make it a habit!

    Very Happy - i seem to be finally going down. It seems the only thing that works for me is the intermittent fast. I am doing 600 calories two days a week. I think it tricks my metabolism which keeps it from slowing down into starvation mode. Hopefully this will keep going...

    I definitely wore the wrong shoes yesterday, so I didn’t get a good walk in.
