    Sorry All ....was away from 2 weeks as was down with viral fever... I'm back now.... But gained back few lbs....

    Can't quit this time.... As I'll be getting married in 2 months.... I'm just scared to fail.

    My leg has been doing a lot better the past two days thanks to stretching, walking, and hot epsom salt baths. Ready to get back on track and exercise like I was. Only with stretching before and after exercising.

    I'm so frustrated to be stuck in the same spot for so long. I think it's a bit of water retention this week though since I've been really good at staying within my calorie targets recently. Hoping for a drop next week...

    A solid two lbs this week. I decided to give intermittent fasting a try for three days this past week. I apparently helped. I also upped my walking and my water. I have to more of the same next week.
